Spirit & Space Guitar & Cello

This Improv from our final night of the recorded shows gives a good sense of the spirit and space this project found! As the piece finished, I knew we had something that could go on the CD. Enjoy 'Dissolve Prestigious'. To make this CD we recorded three live shows in Cortes Island, Comox and Protection Island. You can hear samples of the recordings below.

From the first notes Marjory and I played together it was clear that we had found our way to the same field of play.This familiarity is such that by far the most time we have played together has been in performance, rather than rehearsal.

Both of us have played on the same individual instrument for over 35 years - Myself on my Yamaki Folk Deluxe and Marjory on a 100 year-old French Cello named Sebastian. Acoustic resonance par excellence! The CD is $20
